It is of course always possible that one product does not meet your expectations or that the order arrives incomplete or even damaged. At 123bigbags, we do our best to prevent this from happening, if it does, you will find below a brief overview of how you can return your order.
What are the return conditions?
- You can return your order within 14 days after reception. After this period it is no longer possible to return.
- The shippings costs will be refunded only if the complete order is returned
- Used or damaged bags can not be returned/refunded

I want to return my bags, what should I do?
For a smooth handling of your return, you only need to fill out one form and add it to your return order.

What if the order is incomplete?
That's not supposed to happen! If you are missing items from your order, it is very likely that we shipped it in multiple parcels. Always check your track & trace links first, you might have multiple tracking numbers. Is it possible that one of your parcels is still on the road and will be delivered at a later moment, usually it is the next day. My order is damaged. What to do?
Please contact us and we will do our best to solve the issue.
I received/ordered the wrong goods.
Please fill in our return form. Indicate that you have received an incorrect article. As soon as we have received your return shipment in our warehouse we will send you the correct item(s) free of charge. This will take some time. If you urgently need the bags, we recommend that you place a new order. You can use our form to return the wrong items to us. We will refund the money of this order.
Can my return be picked up?
Is your return package too large or heavy? We can help you! 123Bigbags can arrange the pick-up for you. Please contact us for more information. Via email@example.com or via live chat. How do I know if you have received my return?
Your shipment will be checked on arrival at our warehouse. If everything is correct we make a credit note. You will receive this by mail. If you have an account we will also place it in your account folder credit notes.
When will I be refunded?
We will refund you after the return has been processed. Most refunds are processed within 8 working days after the order has been returned.
How do I get my refund?
We will refund you according to your payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, you will receive a refund on this card.
I haven’t received a full refund. Why ?
If after checking your return their is a damaged item 123bigbags reserves the right To pay out less or not at all. If you cancel a part of your order you will receive a refund of the returned items. The shipping costs are not credited.
