Back in 2015, it was almost impossible to buy a good quality big bag online. That’s where 123BigBags came in. We started in Rotterdam as the first webshop in Europe dedicated to big bags, making it easier for small businesses to manage their waste.
Our mission was simple: help SMEs across construction, landscaping, and industry find easy, reliable ways to handle building and garden waste. Today, more than ten years later, we’re still doing just that. We ship the same day across western Europe, so you only need to order what you actually need. No need to keep huge stock. We’re here to make waste management simple, fast and worry-free.

Your Big Bag Specialist
We’ve been in the big bag business for over 20 years, and we know the industry inside out. Our team specialises in FIBCs (flexible intermediate bulk containers), also known as big bags. They weigh just 1.5 kg but can hold over 1,500 kg. That’s a serious load, which is exactly why quality matters.
With over 100 different models in stock, we’ve got bags for all types of waste: building rubble, garden waste, industrial materials, asbestos, and even ventilated bags for firewood. You can order a single bag or a full pallet directly from our site.

Built On Strong Partnerships
Every year, we visit our production partners to make sure everything meets our quality standards. These face-to-face meetings help us stay aligned, make improvements, and maintain long-term relationships. Some of our partnerships go back to the very beginning.
We work directly with factories in Turkey, India and Bangladesh. If you order a custom-designed big bag with your logo or measurements, production starts as soon as the order is confirmed. For larger orders, like a pallet of 300 bags, we can deliver within 8 to 10 weeks. That’s one of the fastest lead times in Europe.
To speed up delivery, we also work with fulfilment centres in Staphorst (Netherlands) and Wednesbury (UK), helping us get bags to your site as quickly as possible.

We regularly visit our factories to check that production meets ISO standards and that working conditions are fair and safe. We also audit the teams on site to maintain these standards.
We’re proud supporters of Project Rescue Ocean. At checkout, we give customers the option to donate 1.23% to this cause. That money often goes toward jute bags that volunteers use to clean beaches around the world.

Meet the Team
Our Rotterdam-based team includes 11 multilingual colleagues who handle everything from customer service and logistics to web development and supplier relations.
In 2026, we introduced Leo, our in-house AI assistant. Leo is available 24/7 to help customers choose the right bag, send quotes, retrieve tracking details or issue invoices. He’s part of our plan to future-proof 123BigBags and keep improving how we support you.
