My address is not recognised

If you are address is not recognised in our system, here is what can happen:

  1. You are not in the right store corresponding to your location. If you are based in France, you should order from the French store, but if you are in the Netherlands, you should order from the dutch eshop.
    What to do: Go to the eshop matching your location, you can do so by clicking on the right flag on the top right corner of your screen.
