About us
Back in 2015, it was almost impossible to buy a good quality bulk bag online. That is where 123BigBags stepped in. We started in Rotterdam as the first webshop in Europe dedicated entirely to bulk bags, making it easier for small businesses to manage waste efficiently.
Our mission was simple. To help SMEs in construction, landscaping and industry find practical and reliable solutions for handling building and garden waste. More than ten years later, we are still doing exactly that. We dispatch orders the same day across Western Europe, so you only order what you actually need, without having to hold large amounts of stock.

Your Bulk Bag Specialist
We have been working with bulk bags for over 20 years and know the industry inside out. Our team specialises in FIBCs, also known as bulk bags. Each bag weighs around 1.5 kg but can safely carry loads of over 1,500 kg. That level of capacity is exactly why quality is essential.
With more than 100 different models in stock, we supply bulk bags for almost every type of waste. This includes construction rubble, green waste, industrial materials, asbestos waste and ventilated bags for firewood. You can order a single bag or a full pallet directly through our website.

Built On Strong Partnerships
Every year, we visit our production partners to make sure everything meets our quality standards. These face-to-face meetings help us stay aligned, make improvements, and maintain long-term relationships. Some of our partnerships go back to the very beginning.
We work directly with factories in Turkey, India and Bangladesh. If you order a custom-designed big bag with your logo or measurements, production starts as soon as the order is confirmed. For larger orders, like a pallet of 300 bags, we can deliver within 8 to 10 weeks. That’s one of the fastest lead times in Europe.
To speed up delivery, we also work with fulfilment centres in Staphorst (Netherlands) and Wednesbury (UK), helping us get bags to your site as quickly as possible.

We regularly visit our factories to check that production meets ISO standards and that working conditions are fair and safe. We also audit the teams on site to maintain these standards.
We’re proud supporters of Project Rescue Ocean. At checkout, we give customers the option to donate 1.23% to this cause. That money often goes toward jute bags that volunteers use to clean beaches around the world.

Meet the Team
Our Rotterdam-based team includes 11 multilingual colleagues who handle everything from customer service and logistics to web development and supplier relations.
In 2026, we introduced Leo, our in-house AI assistant. Leo is available 24/7 to help customers choose the right bag, send quotes, retrieve tracking details or issue invoices. He’s part of our plan to future-proof 123BigBags and keep improving how we support you.
