How is a big bag printed?
Big bags are always printed first, then sewn into the bag. Usually, we print the two side panels because it’s simpler in production. Printing all four sides is possible but takes more time. Often, a cross-corner big bag made from tubular fabric is printed on two sides only, while a U-panel big bag can be printed more easily on all four sides.

What colors are available for the loops?
At 123BigBags, standard colors are blue, white, orange, and black. These colors, usually matched with stitching, are the easiest to order without extra costs. Now, 123BigBags can make loops in any PMS color if the order is large enough (approximately a minimum of 3,500 big bags). We often see green and red loops alongside our four standard colors.

Can you make big bags in a different fabric color?
The standard color is white because it’s easiest to recycle. For some customers, we also make custom fabric colors from around 5,000 pieces. We can produce any fabric color with matching loops. You can request these via our custom bag form.

Why is the minimum order for printed big bags 300 pieces?
Because big bags are printed first and then sewn, a minimum quantity is needed to offer a good price. We set this at a full pallet, averaging between 300 and 500 pieces depending on the size.

What can be printed on a big bag?
It’s a good idea to print not only your logo but also other contact details. For example, a phone number, website address, or even a QR code that links directly to your quote form or portfolio. QR codes are a modern and effective way to lower the contact barrier — just scan with a smartphone and the client is instantly connected to your company. Our big bags can be printed with up to 4 colors using offset printing. This allows printing four colors side by side. Note: we do not print full color. Usually, printing starts about 10 cm from the side or top edge, in an area roughly 70 cm wide and 90 cm high.

What is a good print file?
Upload your logo as a JPG or PNG, preferably high resolution (usually larger than 200 KB). Count the colors in your logo (white does not count if the bag is white). If you know exact colors, send PMS or RAL codes.

Delivery time
Our printed big bags have an average delivery time of 16 weeks. If you need them sooner, we can speed it up to 12 weeks for an extra fee. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of prepayment and signed order confirmation.

I can’t find my standard big bag, what now?
No problem, we can make any custom bag. Custom bags are not part of our standard range, so the delivery time is not 12 weeks but 16–20 weeks. Think longer loops, filling collar, discharge spout, or extra inner pocket. Everything is possible — fill in our custom big bag form and we’ll send a quick quote.
