Description
This Big Bag with Liner, Filling Spout and Discharge Spout, dimensions (90x90x125cm) and a capacity of approximately 1m³, is designed for the safe storage and transport of fine, dusty or moisture-sensitive bulk materials.
Manufactured from high-quality woven polypropylene (PP), this builder bag includes an internal 80 micron LDPE liner that helps protect contents against moisture and contamination during storage and transport.
The bag is equipped with a top filling spout measuring 37.5 cm diameter and 50 cm length, allowing controlled filling and easy connection to filling systems.
The bottom discharge spout, measuring 35 cm diameter and 50 cm length, enables controlled and precise emptying without cutting the bag.
Its double-seam construction improves protection when handling fine powders, dusty materials or liquids. The bag is particularly suitable for cement, granulates, grains, seeds, forage and similar fine materials.
The bag is fitted with four standard lifting loops measuring 40 cm for safe handling with forklifts, cranes and telehandlers. An integrated A4 document holder is stitched onto one side for transport documentation or product identification.
With a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1250 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this bag is designed for single use. Limited reuse may be possible if the bag remains undamaged and has been handled correctly.
