This Big Bag with a Safe Working Load of 1000 kg, dimensions (90x90x90cm) and a capacity of 0.75 m³ is designed for the controlled loading and emptying of construction materials such as sand, topsoil, small gravel, rubble and dry debris, thanks to its filling spout at the top and discharge spout at the base.
Manufactured from uncoated woven polypropylene (PP) with UV stabilisation and a fabric weight of 135 g/m², all seams are stitched externally with orange thread, adding strength and making inspection straightforward before each use.
The filling spout (diameter 40 cm, length 45 cm) at the top allows for clean and directed loading, while the discharge spout (diameter 35 cm, length 45 cm) at the base enables controlled emptying and precise dosing of dry materials without tipping or cutting the bag.
The bag is fitted with four orange lifting loops (25 cm x 4 cm) sewn into the corners, enabling safe handling with forklifts or cranes. All four loops must be used simultaneously when lifting. The flat base ensures stable storage.
With a Safe Working Load of 1000 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this is a single-trip bulk bag designed for one-time use. Careful handling may allow limited reuse, but this cannot be guaranteed. Each pallet holds up to 390 bags at a maximum pallet height of 130 cm.
