This Bulk Bag with discharge spout and a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg, dimensions (90x90x110cm) and a capacity of 1 m³ is designed for the controlled and metered emptying of construction and bulk materials such as sand, gravel, soil and rubble. This model is supplied with the 123BigBags smiley logo.

Manufactured from non-laminated woven polypropylene (PP) with UV stabilisation and a fabric weight of 160 g/m², this Big Bag provides reliable strength for a wide range of construction and bulk material applications.

The integrated discharge spout (diameter 40 cm, length 50 cm) at the base allows controlled and metered emptying without the need to tip or cut the bag. When not in use, the spout can be tied securely to prevent leakage during transport and storage.

The open top allows for quick and easy filling, while the flat, reinforced base ensures stability during filling and storage.

The bag is fitted with four standard lifting loops sewn into the corners, enabling safe handling with forklifts, cranes or telehandlers. All four loops must be used simultaneously when lifting.

With a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this is a single-trip bulk bag designed for one-time use. Limited reuse may be possible if the bag remains undamaged and has been handled correctly. When empty, the bag folds flat for compact storage.
