This Dust-Proof Big Bag with a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg, dimensions (90x90x110cm) and a capacity of 1m³ is designed for storing and transporting fine-grained, dusty and powdered materials such as sand, cement, granules, aggregates, seeds and animal feed.
Manufactured from coated woven polypropylene (PP) with double-sealed seams and a fabric weight of 160 g/m², this dust-proof Big Bag helps prevent leakage of fine particles during filling, transport and discharge.
The bag is equipped with a filling spout and a discharge spout, both with a diameter of 40 cm and a length of 50 cm. The filling spout allows controlled loading of fine materials, while the discharge spout enables precise and efficient emptying.
The bag is fitted with four standard lifting loops with a length of approximately 30 cm for safe handling with forklifts, cranes and telehandlers. All four loops must be used simultaneously during lifting.
With a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this dust-proof Big Bag is designed for single use. Limited reuse may be possible if the bag remains undamaged and has been handled correctly. When empty, the bag folds flat for compact storage.
