What if I want to change my order?

  2. Make sure that you change the wrong information in your account so your next order will be right

But now here is what to do if something is wrong:

  • Your delivery address: change the address in your account.

    1. You can only change your address with us if your order has not left our warehouse by contacting us and providing us with the correct address and your order number.

    2. Your package is already on the road:

    • Some carriers offer the option to change the address when you have an account with them, via your laptop or in the installed app on your mobile phone.

    • However, if the carrier you choose does not have this service, please place a new order with the correct address.Then just relax, you don’t need to contact us. Your package will be returned to our warehouse and you will get refunded for the wrong delivery .

  • Your VAT number: Did you forget to add your VAT number or provided your local one instead of the international one?

    1. You can only change your VAT if your order has not left our warehouse by contacting us and providing us with the correct VAT number and your order number. We might request an administration fee for this service.

    2. Your package is already on the road: we cannot change the VAT number anymore. Place a new order with the correct VAT number. Afterward, follow the process to return the wrong order and get refunded .

  • Change the quantity, add or cancel some products:

    1. You can only change your order if it has not left our warehouse yet. Contact us with the change in quantity or products you want to make and your order number so we can take care of the rest. We might request an administration fee for this service.

    2. Your package is already on the road: we cannot change the order anymore.
    If you miss articles, place a new order to buy them.
    If you want to cancel some products, you need to follow the process when you order the wrong goods , and place a new order with the right products.

  • Add or change your name and company name: change your name and the company name in your account.

    1. You can only change your company name and name if your order has not left our warehouse yet, by contacting us and providing us with the correct company name and your order number. We might request an administration fee for this service.

    2. Your package is already on the road: we cannot change neither your name, nor the company name anymore. If it is necessary, place a new order with the right company name. Then follow the steps to return the order with the wrong company name and get refunded.
