I ordered the wrong goods.

It happens! Take a deep breath and follow our guidelines. You don’t need to contact us, just send back the wrong goods and order the right ones.

Here is how to do:

  1. If you need your goods as fast as possible, we advise you to place a new order with the right items first.

  2. Print our return form

  3. Fill in our return form with your order number and indicate that you have ordered an incorrect article.

  4. Send back the bags/products with the return form completed to our warehouse:

    1. For any return excluding the UK:
