Where is my tracking code?

For smaller orders:
- We will ship your goods on the same day if ordered before 3pm or on the next working day. Once your order is given to our transport partners, you can follow your parcel with a tracking link.
- You will find your tracking link in your email or spam box or on your account once you log in.
For larger orders: they will be sent by pallet
- Pallet transport companies offering tracking services:
  Once your order is given to our transport partners, you will be able to follow your pallet with a tracking link. You will find your tracking link in your email or spam box or on your account once you log in.
- Pallet transport companies that don’t have tracking services:
  Our customer service team will send you an email with the Estimated arrival time of your pallet. Find more information about pallet transport on our transport page.
