Product Description
This Heavy Duty Big Bag with a Safe Working Load of 2000 kg, dimensions (90x90x110cm) and a capacity of 1 m³ is one of our strongest bulk bags, designed for the transport and storage of heavy, sharp-edged construction materials. This model is supplied with the 123BigBags smiley logo.
Manufactured from woven polypropylene (PP) with an extra thick fabric weight of 230 g/m², this heavy duty bulk bag offers exceptional resistance to tearing and puncturing, making it suitable for demanding materials such as stones, bricks, steel, glass, rubble and other sharp construction waste.
The open top allows for quick and easy filling, while the flat, closed base provides a stable footprint during use and transport.
The bag is fitted with four standard lifting loops (30 cm x 4 cm) sewn into the corners, enabling safe handling with forklifts or cranes. All four loops must be used simultaneously when lifting.
With a Safe Working Load of 2000 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this is a single-trip bulk bag designed for one-time use. Careful handling may allow limited reuse, but this cannot be guaranteed. When empty, the bag folds flat for compact storage.
Also available without logo or with your own company logo printed in up to 4 colours.

Why choose this heavy duty big bag?
With a fabric weight of 230 g/m², this heavy duty bag offers significantly higher resistance to tearing and damage from sharp edges compared to standard 140 g/m² or 160 g/m² models, making it the right choice when working with materials that would damage lighter bags.
Its 2000 kg Safe Working Load allows you to transport larger quantities of heavy material in each cycle, reducing the number of trips and improving efficiency on site.
When empty, the bag folds flat, saving space in vans, skips, or on site storage areas between uses.
