Delivery time and information

123BigBags is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Our central warehouse is located in Staphorst, from where we ship orders across Europe. We offer both parcel and pallet delivery depending on the weight and size of your order.

Dispatch and cutoff times

Orders placed before 15:00 (Amsterdam time) on working days are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Parcel or pallet shipping

  • Orders up to 120 kg are shipped as parcels.
  • Orders over 120 kg are shipped on pallets.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, quantity, and destination of your order. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, the total shipping cost will be shown automatically. For more details, see our shipping cost page.

Track and trace

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes a track and trace link, which allows you to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website. Depending on whether your order is shipped as a parcel or a pallet, tracking is provided by the corresponding transport partner. Tracking typically becomes active once the carrier has scanned and registered the shipment in their system.

Custom big bags and bags with logo

If you require big bags tailored to your specific needs, we offer a full custom production service. This includes bags made to exact dimensions, fabric types, lifting options, and filling or discharge features.

We also offer bags printed with your company logo, which is ideal for branding on construction sites or in recycling facilities. Whether you need standard bags with logo placement or entirely custom-made bags, we provide a clear production and delivery process.

123BigBags is the only supplier in the market currently able to deliver fully custom-made or branded big bags within 10 weeks from order confirmation. Minimum order quantities apply depending on the bag specifications.
