This moisture-proof Bulk Bag with a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg, dimensions (90x90x110cm) and a capacity of 1 m³ is designed for the transport and storage of fine-grained and powder materials that require protection from moisture and humidity, thanks to its integrated 90 micron PE liner and top skirt with closing cord.
Manufactured from woven polypropylene (PP) with a fabric weight of 160 g/m², this Big Bag provides reliable strength for non-sharp granulated materials such as cement, sandstone, powders and other bulk materials sensitive to moisture or containing oil.
The integrated 90 micron PE liner inside the bag acts as an effective barrier against moisture, dust and leakage of fine or oily materials, without the need for an additional inner bag. This bag cannot be used to carry liquids.
The top skirt with cord can be completely opened during filling and closed securely afterwards, providing maximum protection of the contents from moisture, wind and external contamination during transport and storage.
The bag is fitted with four standard lifting loops sewn into the corners, enabling safe handling with forklifts or cranes. All four loops must be used simultaneously when lifting. The flat, closed base provides stability during filling and storage.
With a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and a 5:1 safety factor, this is a single-trip bulk bag designed for one-time use. Limited reuse may be possible if the bag remains undamaged, including the PE liner, and has been handled correctly. When empty, the bag folds flat for compact storage.
