What if my invoice is incorrect?

Unfortunately you received an invoice that is not correct. It could be a wrong address, incorrect quantity, false VAT rate...etc. We are happy to help you with this and send the right invoice for you.

  • Fill your issue in our contact form, please state your order number.

Please, clearly state your order number and also the issue(s) you find on your invoice. The clearer information you provide us, the quicker we can solve your issue.

We may charge you with additional administration fees in case you need our help with correcting the invoice (if 123BigBags has caused the mistake we will not charge you any additional administration fees).
