I placed an order, what's next?

Right after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your personal order number O-xxxxx & your invoice by email (it can be in your spam folder).
Your order will be carefully compiled by the logistics team.
Then your order will be shipped with the transport partner of your choice.
- If you order before 3 p.m. on working days (2 p.m. for UK customers): your parcel will be shipped on the same day.
- If you order after 3 p.m on working days or on weekends: your parcel will be shipped on the next working day.
- For larger quantities shipped on a pallet: they will be sent on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking code link where you can follow the delivery progress in real time.
On the day of the delivery, you will receive an email from us confirming the time slot of the delivery. Make sure you - or someone else, is there to receive it.
Your package will be delivered at your indicated shipping address.
