How can I cancel my order?

You ordered between 8 am - 3 pm on working days: You have one hour after placing your order to cancel it. Fill in our contact form with your order number and will be refunded within 7 days.
You ordered outside the above time slots or on weekends: You can cancel your order whenever you want before 8 am on the next working day. Fill in our contact form with your order number and will be refunded within 7 days.
You ordered more than one working day ago: You cannot cancel your order anymore as it has probably already left our warehouse. Follow the next steps:
1. Refuse the delivery at your door from the carrier. Make sure nobody accepts it (neither your kind neighbors nor your thoughtful partner).
2. The package will be sent back to our warehouse
3. Items will be inspected upon arrival in the warehouse.
4. You will be refunded after the inspection of the goods (takes around 5 up to 10 days).
5. If delivery of the package was not refused, follow our standard return process .
