You did not receive your order but your tracking status say "Delivered"

The status of your order is “delivered” according to your tracking code but you did not receive anything yet. Here is what could have happened:

  1. You were not home when your parcel was delivered and so the carrier dropped off your package with your neighbours or the closest carrier pickup point. You should have received a note from the carrier indicating where your parcel is. 

  2. It has been returned to our warehouse. You can see on your tracking code page to which city the parcel has been delivered to. If the parcel is located in Ridderkerk (Netherlands) or in Birmingham (the United Kingdom) then the parcel has indeed been returned back to our warehouse.  Kindly follow the return process . Should you require the item urgently place a new order

  3. If none of the above fit your situation, please contact us. A problem with the shipping company could have occurred. We will come back to you very soon with a form to complete so we can contact the shipping company and investigate where your parcel is.
