What is the lead time for standard orders?

 

  • The standard delivery lead time is between 1 and 3 working days.

    • Small quantities will be sent by parcels on the same day (if ordered before 3pm on working days) so delivery is faster.

    • Large quantities (over 120kg) will be sent by pallets on the next working day.

  • The lead time varies according to:

    • the country of delivery

    • the quantity and volume of your order

    • the delivery option you opted for (24h express delivery, economic…).

  • To calculate an estimated delivery lead time for your order:

  1. You need to go to your Shopping Cart

  2. Proceed with your order by clicking on the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".

  3. You will be redirected to the Check Out page:

  4. Fill in the “Check-out Personal Info”: log into your account or order as a guest

  5. Fill in your “Addresses”: fill in all details needed, so our system can provide you with your personal lead time.

  6. Check the Shipping Method: here you will see all the shipping services available according to your delivery address with their estimated lead time for your order.

Notes:

  • Orders placed before 3 p.m. on business days are shipped on the same day.

  • To be safe, always count one day extra shipping.
