What is the cost of the administration fee?

  • Our standard administration fee is 25€.
    For the preparation of customs documentation, an administration fee of 100€ might be requested.

Notes: we only request an administration fee if we need to take action for you because:

  • you cannot place or change the order yourself

  • you have made a mistake on your order
