What if my delivery is delayed?

 

  1. Did you already check the tracking code to know where your package is? Make sure it is not on its way to be delivered.

  2. Did you correctly add the shipping address? You can check which address you provided in your confirmation order email. Follow this process if you need to change your address.

  3. You did not receive your order but your tracking status says "Delivered”: check here .

  4. You received an email from us or a call from the carrier notifying that something went wrong: check here .

  5. Are you sure that your order has been processed? Did you receive the order confirmation? This email could be in your email spam folder. But if it is not, that means that your order has not been taken into consideration. Perhaps you forgot to click on “Buy” at the end of the checkout process.
