The order I received is incomplete, why?

If you are missing items in your order:

  • It is very likely that we shipped them in multiple parcels:

    • If you have multiple tracking numbers, you will have several track & trace links too. It can happen that one of your parcels is still on the road and will be delivered at a later moment, usually on the next day.

    • However, if after a few days you still don’t have your full order, please contact us with your order number.

  • If you have less bags than you had ordered:

    • It is possible that we made an error. Note that all your bags are counted by hand so an error could happen.

    • Please contact us with your order number and we will happily fix it for you.
