Order confirmation not received

If you have not received your order confirmation, check the following:

  3. If you have a 123BigBags account, verify that the order is not shown in your order history. If it does, that means your order has been proceeded, if not, it did not work.

  4. If you did enter the wrong email address, contact us by providing your name and address so that we can find it and resend it to you.
