My order is stuck with the carrier, what to do?

Do not panic and follow the step below:

  1. You were not at home when the delivery came:
    Your package is back to the shipment depot. According to the shipping service you choose, they will:
    1. Try again to deliver your package on the next working day (like DPD)
    2. Call you to make an appointment for the delivery (like TNT)

      Check the website of your shipping company to find more information.

      1. You parcel or pallet miss the correspondence:
        Your order might be delivered via several transports, from our warehouse to your address. If it misses a correspondence, your package will be stocked at the transport hub until it can take the next correspondence. It generally takes less than 3 days to arrive at your place.
      2. You got a message from the carrier because they miss information: Contact us with your order number and the missing information.
      3. None of those above situations fit yours?
        Unfortunately we do not have control over carriers once the order has left our warehouse.
        We advise you to:
        1. Review the carrier’s website to check how to open an investigation and find your parcel. For example, DPD and TNT have a form that their customers need to complete. However, it depends on each carrier.
        2. No information to open an investigation on your carrier’s website? Contact us with your order and the name of the carrier.
