I would like to change my address

Please always double-check your information before placing your order as it is NOT possible to change your details through the website afterwards

Kindly follow the appropriate steps below:

  • If you call  us within 15 minutes of placing the order we will change your delivery address 

 

  • Thereafter get in touch with the carrier of your goods. The carrier and their contact details are mentioned in the Shipment notification email sent by 123BigBags. It may take up to 3 hours from Order confirmation before you receive the Shipment notification email
