I received the confirmation via email but the tracking code does not work

The tracking code for your order is created as soon as you have placed your order on our website. However, the tracking code will work only once the carrier has picked up your order in our warehouse. They will then scan your parcel and activate the tracking code.

We advise you to wait 6-8 hours or recheck at the end of the day
