This Reusable Big Bag with a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg, dimensions (90x90x110cm) and a capacity of 1m³ is designed for intensive industrial use, recycling materials, construction waste and bulk material handling. This model is supplied with the 123BigBags smiley logo.

Manufactured from double layer woven polypropylene (PP) with UV stabilisation and a combined fabric weight of 220 g/m², this extra strong reusable Big Bag is designed for repeated heavy-duty handling. The reinforced construction allows the bag to be reused multiple times when handled correctly.

The open top allows for quick and easy filling, while the unique full opening bottom enables the entire base of the bag to open at once for fast and efficient emptying. After discharge, the bottom can be closed again for reuse.

The bag is fitted with four reinforced multifilament “seat belt” lifting loops. These ultra-strong loops offer increased wear resistance during repeated lifting operations with forklifts, cranes and telehandlers. All four loops must be used simultaneously during lifting.

With a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and an 8:1 safety factor, this reusable Big Bag is designed for multiple uses and can be reused up to approximately 20 times when handled and stored correctly. When empty, the bag folds flat for compact storage.

An A4 document pocket is stitched onto the bag, allowing transport or product documents to remain visible during storage and transport.
