VAT is not deducted

Trying to check out but the VAT is not deducted? Here is what you can try:

  1. Make sure the VAT number is correctly added:

    1. If you have a 123BigBags account, make sure that your VAT number is added to your address on your account

    2. If you do not have an account, make sure you have entered your VAT number in Step 2 of the checkout, when you fill out your address

  2. Make sure you are placing your order in the right shop, corresponding to your country. If you have a French VAT number, you should order from our French e-shop, or in the Spanish e-shop if you have a Spanish VAT number.

  3. If it still does not work, your VAT number might only be suitable for domestic use
