I haven’t received a full refund. Why?

If you are a private customer and you return all products in good condition, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Otherwise, a partial refund will be released. In particular, if your order is returned damaged or partially, we will refund in proportion to the total amount. In this case, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Please, be aware that the shipping cost of business customers will not always be refunded.
