I can't log in

Forgot your password? Reset it in a few clicks.

Go to https://www.123bigbags.com/ch/en//password-recovery. You can do it from a computer or a mobile phone.
Fill in your email address
Click on the orange “Send reset link” button
If the email address has been registered in our shop previously, you will receive a link to reset your password in an email
If you don’t receive that email, verify your spam folder
Follow the instructions written in the email you received

You don’t have an account. Create one in a few clicks.

Go to https://www.123bigbags.com/ch/en//login?create_account. You can do it from a computer or a mobile phone.
Fill in your information (individual/company, name, email address).
If you are a company, please do not forget to tick the right box, otherwise you will not be able to fill in your VAT number when ordering.
Create your password. We advise you to add a capital letter, a minuscule letter, a number and a special character for maximum security.
Then, click on the orange “save” button
Here you go, your account has been created! You can now access your profile here
