What are the return conditions?

Private customers:

  • You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. After this period it is no longer possible to return.

  • The shippings costs will be refunded only if the complete order is returned

  • Used or damaged bags can not be returned/refunded

  • Shipping costs (and any customs fees) for the return of the products are on behalf of the customer.

  • Do you need us to arrange it for you? Please contact us via the contact form. You can also call us at +44 012 1368 0722 on working days between 09.00-12.00 hours. Shipment cost and administration fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Business customers:

Same as above except for the shipment cost that will not be refunded if it is not a mistake from 123BigBags.
